1. Introduction

Welcome to the YourTradingBuddy Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to comply with the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully before registering as an Affiliate.

2. Enrollment in the Program

To enroll, you must submit a complete and accurate application through our affiliate registration page. Acceptance into the Program is at the sole discretion of YourTradingBuddy. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote YourTradingBuddy's products and services to potential customers.
• Use only approved marketing materials provided by YourTradingBuddy.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in your promotional activities.
• Refrain from engaging in any misleading or unethical marketing practices.

4. Prohibited Actions

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

• Using their own referral codes or links to purchase subscriptions for personal use. Such actions will result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of any earned commissions.
• Sending unsolicited emails (spam) or using unauthorized channels to promote YourTradingBuddy.

5. Commissions

• Affiliates will earn a 50% recurring commission on all payments made by referred customers, for the lifetime of the customer's subscription.
• Commissions are calculated based on the net revenue received from referred customers, excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Affiliates can withdraw their payouts at any time, provided their commission balance meets the minimum threshold of $50.
• If a refund is issued due to bugs, software issues, or other technical problems, the affiliate's corresponding commission will be forfeited.

6. Cookie Duration

Our Program utilizes cookies to track referrals. The cookie duration is 90 days, meaning that if a referred customer purchases within 90 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will be credited with the referral.

7. Term and Termination

This Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and will continue until terminated by either party. Either YourTradingBuddy or the Affiliate may terminate the Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any outstanding commissions above the minimum payout threshold will be paid during the next payment cycle.

8. Modification

YourTradingBuddy reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions of the Program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

YourTradingBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate under this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which YourTradingBuddy operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Independent Contractor

Affiliates are independent contractors and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, employment, agency, or joint venture relationship between the parties.

12. Confidentiality

Any non-public information that the Affiliate obtains about YourTradingBuddy as a result of participating in the Program must be kept confidential and not used for any purpose other than the performance of the Affiliate's obligations under this Agreement.

13. Acceptance

By submitting an application to join the Program, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions.
